Fascia Stretch Therapy

FST Treatments with Catherine McIntyre

Catherine McIntyre offers a personalized approach to movement, mobility, and pain relief, with treatments centered around Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) — a gentle, table-based assisted stretching technique that targets the fascia, joints, and nervous system. FST is designed to improve flexibility, restore range of motion, reduce tension, and help the body move with greater ease.

Each session is customized based on the client’s unique needs and goals. RAPID NeuroFascial Reset may be incorporated into treatment to address specific pain points or mobility restrictions.

To support long-term results, Catherine also provides targeted exercises to help clients maintain and build on the progress made during their sessions.

What to Expect at an FST Treatment

All new clients begin with an initial session, which includes a thorough review of health history and a full movement assessment. Once Catherine has a clear understanding of the client’s goals, mobility limitations, and any areas of pain or discomfort, the hands-on treatment begins.

Clients remain fully clothed and are comfortably supported on a treatment table while Catherine gently guides the body through slow, controlled movements. These movements are designed to restore flexibility, reduce tension, and improve overall function without causing pain or discomfort.

RAPID Neurofascial RESET

RAPID is a hands-on manual therapy technique designed to quickly release tension and address pain by targeting the nervous system and fascia. Through a combination of precise pressure and guided movement, RAPID helps to calm overactive nerve signals, break up adhesions, and restore normal movement patterns.

Most clients notice results immediately—whether it’s a decrease in pain, improved range of motion, or simply feeling “lighter” and more at ease in their body.

Why Catherine Combines the Two

Catherine integrates FST and RAPID to offer a more complete and effective treatment approach:

  • FST creates space, restores flexibility, and enhances mobility
  • RAPID resets pain signals, reduces inflammation, and targets the root of soft tissue dysfunction

Together, these techniques address both the symptoms and underlying causes of pain and mobility restrictions, offering clients faster and more lasting results.
