Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is important to us and we appreciate your commitment to attending. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Fees:
- 24 hours or more notice: No charge.
- 24 to 12 hours notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
- Less than 12 hours notice or no show (failure to attend): Full fee for the scheduled service will be charged.

Inclement Weather Related Cancellations
Credit Card on File
In the event of inclement weather, please provide us with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Late cancellation fees will not be charged in the event of inclement weather. Clients safety is our number one priority. In the event we do not receive notice and a “no show” occurs, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account.
To ensure a smooth booking experience, we require a credit card to secure your appointment when booking online. Please note that your card will only be charged for cancellation fees or no-show incidents as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- Credit Card Required: A valid credit card is needed to confirm your appointment when using our online booking portal.
- Fees: Your card will only be charged for no-show fees or cancellation fees if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. Please see cancellation policy above in regards to fees.
- Security: Your information is securely stored, credit card information is not stored within our system, rather the payment providers systems.
